100 gms. spinach (palak) -a big hand full or 15-20 leaves 100 gms. (1/2 cup) soaked whole moong 60 gms.( 1/3 cup) boiled corns 25 gms. (2TBSP.) rice flour 12-13 gms. (1 TBSP.) chickpea flour (besan) 10 gms. (1TBSP.) fine semolina (sooji) 2 nos. green chillies or according to your taste 1/2 tsp. level salt 1TBSP. chopped almonds or cashews (optional) oil to drizzle
