Kobi muthiya - cabbage muthiya...the most authentic gujarati muthiya ever

#Gujarati muthiya is a traditional recipe. It is an authentic gujarati recipe ever you have tried.
This recipe was much popular with our clients. Gujarati recipes from our factory were always in demand be it #muthiya (all types) ,#thepla, #pickles or #suratiundhiyu...I will come up with the recipes soon..

Ingredients:

2 cups packed cabbage -150 gms.
3/4 cup coarse wheat flour (kakaro lot)-125 gms.
1/4 cup chickpea flour (besan)-25 gms
1/2 cup flatten rice (poha)-25 gms.can use leftover rice instead
1/2 tsp.turmeric (haldi) powder
1&1/2 tsp. salt
2-3TBSP.sugar (for authentic taste add 3TBSP.)can use jaggery instead
1 TBSP whole coriander seeds (pounded)
1/2 TBSP. red chilli powder
1/2 TBSP.dhana jeera powder(coriander cumin powder)
1/2 TBSP.sesame seeds (til)
1/4 tsp. ajwain (carom seeds)
1/4 cup yoghurt or water
3 TBSP.oil +1 TBSP. to grease

Ingredients for tadka:

2TBSP. oil
1/2 TBSP. mustard seeds
1/2 TBSP. sesame seeds
1/4 tsp.ajwain
1 no. red chilli broken
1/4 tsp. asafotida (hing)
